Hello Joseph, Thanks for the congrats! I'm glad you like the new store. I know many people like online shopping, but don't really prefer to do so on ebay.

One thing nice about my store is that I have the same great prices as what I have on ebay. So the bargains are still at The Fiddle Shop. I am also one of the few that actually have a full service store. That is you can not only purchase online but also make payment online. Of course I offer a toll free number or fax number if you prefer to make payment by phone or fax. I also offer many payment options, so the shopping experience is convenient and easy.

Hello Dave, YEAHHH!! A new blogger! I'm so glad you joined. Of course I should have guessed that the first one would be a cello lover. (just kidding, I had to tease you) But, hey, we love all stringed instruments and all are welcome here.

You're right about the local music stores. I just don't even embarrass myself anymore. How could I expect a guitar guy to know what is the best bridge for a violin? But I assure you, we will be bloggin' with some of the best in the world. I have some of the finest customers in all parts of the world and they have the greatest talents and experiences. Please, my world wide friends, speak up and let us know what you're up to. Share with us some of the exciting things going on in your musical lives. Tell us why you prefer the instrument you have chosen.

So Dave, why did you choose cello as one of your favorite instruments? Do you play any baroque music?

Hi Janet and all readers!

What a great idea, a place for us to enjoy our favorite instruments in another way! Sometimes a word of encouragement or instruction is just what we need to help us over a technical problem with an instrument or a technique problem with fingering. I've felt sort of stupid asking the guys at the local chain "music" store about a cello or violin problem ~ they know guitars and that's about it. So an international group of string instrumental enthusiasts is most welcome.

So here is your second entry and my first blog. Thanks for your time.
